Once the seal is removed, the syrup bottle must be securely closed after each serving. Although honey acts as an effective natural preservative, the continuous entry of moist air can cause slow crystallization around the pouring spout. Keeping the bottle in a dark pantry at a temperature between fifteen and twenty-five degrees is the ideal solution.

Pure or diluted use

Some prefer taking an undiluted spoonful, savoring it slowly to coat the palate and the back of the throat. Those seeking a milder taste can stir the dose into half a cup of herbal tea or room-temperature water, avoiding very hot liquids that could degrade the aromatic thyme compounds.

• Spout cleaning: wipe the bottle neck dry to prevent sticky drips on the glass.
• Avoid heat sources: do not place the bottle near stovetops or active radiators.
• Periodic shaking: shake briefly before use to homogenize the botanical suspension.

Returns and direct support

If the product arrives with packaging intact and has not been opened, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests are processed by our Modena staff, with a refund of the item amount issued once the original security seal is confirmed to be intact.
